Rully Blanc is generally a dry, fresh white wine with good acidity. It is elegant and well-balanced, offering a pleasant drinking experience. This white wine often displays aromas and flavours of white-fleshed fruit such as green apple, pear and sometimes citrus nuances such as lemon.

Rully Blanc is mainly made from the Chardonnay grape, which is Burgundy's most emblematic white grape variety. Chardonnay gives the wine its structure, elegance and fruity aromas.
