Can be drunk now
Tasted June 30, 2022 by J.S.: "Candied strawberry, cantaloupe and peach on the nose and palate. Orange zest is also present. Quite powerful with layers of fruit, yet it is firm and well-structured, with brilliant acidity and a long, tangy finish. Dry at the end. 89% Pinot Noir and 11% Chardonnay. Dosage 6.6 g/l. Disgorged January 2022. Drink now."
Food and wine pairings
Ambassador of charm during cocktails, it is a reference wine at aperitif time. Ideal with tapas, Iberian ham, small game birds, roasted white meats and venison fillet with cranberries. In the end, of course, desserts based on red fruits or charlotte compositions based on "pink biscuits from Reims" flourish on contact.
