Domaine Marc Sorrel - Tain l'Hermitage

It is said that, before, Hermitage wines were tasted at the greatest table of the Tsar's court, and were negotiated at the prices of the wines of Lafite and Romanée. Today the owner of Domaine Marc Sorrel has been managing it himself since 1984. He is an experienced winegrower who cultivates his old vines with great savoir-faire. The "Méal" is THE grand cru of the estate and develops on a soil of large pebbles. It is a very velvety and fragrant wine. The estate has been there since 1928, created by Marc Sorrel's grandfather, Félix.
