This wine comes exclusively from the Riesling parcels of the Marcel DEISS estate, planted on the superb limestone and clay-limestone soils of Bergheim. It is made according to the ancestral principles of our wine-growing tradition, which is based on three essential pillars: respect for the soil and its geological origin, enrichment with humus through grassing, and rigorous control of the vines (ploughing, short pruning, green harvesting).
