- Presentation of the cuvée : First limestone slab of the great Oolite, sloping towards the east, standing like a sentinel facing the south and the plain, the Rotenberg is the earliest of the Bergheim terroirs. Its red soils, marked by iron, deeply calcareous and this totally solar climate gather Riesling and Pinot Gris in this characteristic citrus shimmering, less candied than in Grasberg, but fine and very elegant.

- Garde : To be served now and can be kept from 10 to 15 years
- Type : Tender dry wine, seductive and lemony.
