Soil: sandy loamy clay composed of angular gravel that was deposited on the Prémeaux Limestone

VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Harvest : manual followed by a passage on a sorting table.
Vinification: after complete destemming of the grapes, the berries are placed in a vat and the wine is then bottled. thermo-regulated stainless steel vats which allow a maceration at a temperature of
perfect cold of the Pinot Noir. During fermentation, several punching of the cap and pumping over can be carried out to obtain a complete and gentle extraction.
Ageing: in new barrels (33%) and in barrels of one or two wines, preceded by a very gentle pressing of the marc.
Duration of maturing: 13 months in barrel then 3 months in bulk
TASTING
The nose is harmonious, combining woody touches with fruity and floral notes. The palate varies between an exquisite suppleness and a superb consistency with present but silky tannins. Beautiful minerality offering a smooth length.
Serving temperature between 15° and 17°C.
Consume now and up to 7 years.
