Jérôme Bressy uses complantation to harmonise grape varieties and terroir. Bressy considers the grape variety to be simply a vehicle for the terroir, which explains his choice to vinify this wine mainly in concrete and stainless steel vats to preserve the authenticity of the south without the aromatic influence of wood.
Composed mainly of Grenache, it bursts with notes of Provençal black cherries, black raspberries, melted liquorice, lavender and hints of saddle leather. This is a fairly full-bodied wine with texture. A great beauty that's ready to drink now!
