TASTING NOTE :
This Givry wine is a superb example of its appellation, with concentrated red fruit aromas reminiscent of undergrowth. It ages magnificently, gaining in silkiness and richness while offering exceptional length on the palate.
Anecdote about the estate:
To preserve the quality of the soil and reduce the use of chemicals, the Sarrazins have opted for an integrated approach. Their winemaking method is gentle, bringing out the finesse and density typical of Burgundy wines. Although the estate has integrated modern techniques because of its size, it nonetheless produces artisanal wines, thanks to rigorous control of yields and parcel-based vinification attentive to each terroir.
