Looking for bottles of Château La Mission Haut-Brion 2019 ?
Grand cru classé de Grave
99/100 Robert Parker
Cellaring potential: 2033 - 2070
Tasted by William Kelley in 2022: ‘The 2019 Mission Haut-Brion unfolds in the glass with aromas of inky berries, wild plums and cherries intermixed with notions of warm spices, burning embers and creamy new oak. Full-bodied and deep, it is rich and concentrated, with a deep fruit core, lively acids and fine, powdery tannins. Powerful and tight, it is less sumptuous and demonstrative than its Haut-Brion sibling, but I suspect it has even greater potential.’
