Tasted by J.S on 19 April 2023 - "A complex and beautifully balanced Châteauneuf for this difficult vintage, with a broad spectrum of fruit aromas from ripe cherry to wild blackberry, but also wild herbs and summer flowers. It is barely full-bodied, thanks to its mineral freshness and crisp tannins. A blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 5% Syrah and 5% Vaccarèse. Made from Demeter-certified biodynamically-grown grapes. For drinking or cellaring.

- Grape varieties: Grenache 80% / Mourvèdre 10% / Syrah 5% / Vaccarese 5%.

- Vinification : Total destemming, long maceration and 30-day fermentation with temperature control.
- Fermentation: 10 months: 20% in pre-owned barrels, 80% in stainless steel tanks.

- Tasting notes : Very dark ruby colour, opaque. Aromas of red fruit (strawberry, cherry) and black fruit (blackcurrant and blackberry), violets and liquorice, with hints of leather and truffle.
- Concentrated, rich and full on the palate, with a very long, fruity, liquorice finish.
- Goes well with: red meats, dishes in sauce, game and strong cheeses.
