This has been the Domaine's signature wine since its creation. This gastronomic wine will seduce you with its aromas of red fruit, its crispness, its greed and its delicacy. A wine of character, voluptuous and elegant, with superb length on the palate.
VINES & TERROIRS
Vineyard certified organic and Demeter biodynamic. Harvested and sorted 100% by hand. Plateau de Vallongue, Villafranchian terrace of rolled pebbles on a sandy-clay bedrock.
VINIFICATION & AGEING
Organic and biodynamic methods (indigenous yeasts, limited sulphites). De-stemming, crushing and cold maceration.

- Wine style: Tavel is an appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) located in the Southern Rhône wine region of France. Tavel wines are exclusively rosé, and are considered some of the best rosés in the world. The wine style of Tavel Rosé Reine des Bois is generally described as elegant, complex and intensely aromatic.
- Tasting notes: This rosé has a pale pink to slightly salmon colour. On the nose, it offers a rich, complex bouquet, with aromas of ripe red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry, as well as delicate floral nuances. On the palate, this wine is generally dry, well-balanced and full-bodied.
