Do you know the domain?

For 36 years, Pascal Robin has been in charge of the cellar during the harvest at a Chablis estate for pressing and vatting in addition to bringing my know-how to the vinification and maturing of new vintages. In 2018, with the benefit of his experience, he decided to found "Maison Pascal Robin" and thus share his passion for vines and wine.

His family has owned vineyards in Beine for more than 25 years where I made my wine "Vallée Sébillon" in the Chablis appellation. The wines are vinified from different terroirs and matured in stainless steel tanks or in barrels on fine lees. He vinifies in a biodynamic spirit, respecting the lunar cycles.

The oak barrels are between 7 and 20 years old and allow the wine to express itself without being too woody. All the grapes are harvested by hand and the fermentations are done without added yeast.
