Pauillac - 2nd wine of the Château Lynch-Bages
The second wine of the estate since 1976, Château Haut-Bages Averous, named after a former Pauillac property acquired by André Cazes, became Echo de Lynch-Bages with the 2008 vintage.
This great wine has the flavour, aroma and length characteristic of Pauillacs. Echoing the first wine, it benefits from the same attentive care from the vineyard to the cellar. The result of a selection of plots and young vines from Lynch-Bages, it represents between 25 and 40% of the harvest depending on the vintage. Round and supple, seductive from its young years, it has good ageing potential.
