When to drink this wine A great wine for laying down. Keep until at least 2028, and can be cellared for decades.
Tasted by J.S in 2024: "A very juicy, round young 2021 with berry, chocolate, cedar, balsamic and redwood aromas and flavours. Velvety tannins. Excellent finish. Extremely well made for the vintage. 79% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. Best after 2028."
