The second wine of the prestigious Château Pavie, Arômes de Pavie, embodies the elegance and expertise of this great Saint-Émilion estate, while offering a more accessible approach than the grand vin. Made from young vines and specific plots, it reflects the château's exceptional terroir, with soils of clay, limestone and gravel.Mainly composed of Merlot, often with a touch of Cabernet Franc, it is distinguished by its generous fruitiness, ripe black fruit aromas and spicy, mineral notes. Structured and balanced, with silky tannins.
