Tasting in 2023 - “Crisp, fresh wine, with slices of orange and redcurrant, as well as cedar and nutmeg. Full body with very firm, tight tannins. Bright finish. Crushed stone at the end. Needs three to five years to soften. 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. First year in organic farming. To be tried after 2027.
