Domaine Peyre Rose - Coteaux du Languedoc

Domaine Peyre Rose is a reference in the Languedoc. Located between Béziers and Montpellier, its 24-hectare vineyard is planted as follows: 21 hectares are planted with red grape varieties with 15% Grenache noir, 5% Mourvèdre and 80% Syrah, 3 of its hectares are reserved for white grape varieties with 65% rolle, 33% Roussanne and 2% Viognier.

These are great wines, rich and concentrated. A great personality brilliantly developed by the owner Marlene Soria. She produces four essential cuvées:

Certified organic, Marlène Soria's wines are limited and at the same time very popular. Yields there are low (30,000 bottles per year) and the wines undergo long macerations. The 2005 vintage was not released until 2014, a long waiting period for lovers of the estate's wines that will make tasting them all the more enjoyable.
