- The Brut Réserve is created by blending the three varieties of Champagne grapes: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay, from 30 different vineyards. To make this cuvée, 25% reserve wines are included, each with its own distinct characteristics:
- The Pinot Noir, selected for its robustness, structure and intensity, comes mainly from some of the most prestigious crus of the Montagne de Reims.
- Pinot Meunier, chosen for its freshness, roundness and fruitiness, comes from several vineyards in the Marne Valley and the Epernay region.
- The Chardonnay, renowned for its aromatic complexity, finesse, elegance and lightness, is harvested in Epernay as well as in some of the most renowned vineyards of the Côte des Blancs.
