 Discover our beautiful collection of long aged Rivesaltes from the Monastir del Camp Priory. This is a great gift for those of us who love old French wine vintages. The wine has been stored for many years directly at the estate. The tasting promises to be gourmet and perfect! 

The producers of these natural sweet wines often kept the best vintages to mix them with the weakest. The conservation is ideal: "undisturbed" in 500 liter barrels for decades. These wines have only recently been bottled at the estates.

• Tasted by Neal Martin in 2014: "Drawn from an oak demi-muid, the 1960 Rivesaltes has a relatively deep color with slight cloudiness. The nose is quite intense with scents of cassis, fig and marmalade that open up nicely in the glass. It has structure and confidence, a bit drier and more masculine than the 1959, with a morel-tinged finish. This Rivesaltes is more serious than the 1959, but personally, I see it as a good accompaniment to a dish rather than a VdN to drink on its own. It may need a little more persistence, but otherwise it's very good."

• Grape Variety: This is a blend of 50% Grenache Noir and the rest white grapes - Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Macabeu and Tourbat. 
• Alcohol : 17,5 % /vol.
• Serving temperature: Ideally serve between 12 and 15 C°.
