Nuits St Georges 1er Cru Les Porrets St Georges 2018 - Bouchard Père et Fils
The name "Les Porrets" probably comes from the deformation of the word "poiriers". For a long time, the vineyard has advantageously replaced the orchard on this marly clay-limestone soil which is favourable to the great wines of the Côte de Nuits. In 2007, Bouchard Père & Fils acquired a 32-acre parcel in this appellation, which is adjacent to the Cailles climat.
TASTING NOTE: A rich bouquet of red and black fruits with a smoky note. Full-bodied and generous on the palate, it expresses itself with a beautiful ardour. Very good ageing potential.

AGING POTENTIAL : 7 to 10 years and more
