Domaine Simon Bize & Fils' Aloxe-Corton “Le Suchot” is an exceptional red wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, emblematic of Burgundy. This nectar boasts a brilliant ruby colour and an extremely elegant palette of aromas, combining notes of ripe red fruit, black cherry, undergrowth and subtle hints of spice. On the palate, its structure is precise, with silky tannins and a lovely freshness, offering a long, delicate finish.
To bring out its best, serve it at an ideal temperature of 16-17°C after lightly airing it for an hour in a carafe, to allow the aromas to express themselves fully.This wine will go wonderfully with a veal chop with morel mushrooms, a roast fillet of beef or a mature cheese such as Époisses.A perfect choice for lovers of great Burgundy wines, combining refinement and depth.
