Presentation : The Boisson-Vadot estate, located in Meursault, is one of those hidden nuggets that will delight all the greatest lovers of good vintage wines and in search of beautiful discoveries. This domain is now more known under the name of : Pierre Boisson and Anne Boisson. A rising domain, which was still very little known recently. The great quality of the wines and the work of the terroir have made it famous. Sparkling wines, which perfectly define all the precision and depth that a great Burgundy wine can have.
Tasting note: The Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru Red is a real success, bursting out of the glass with aromas of cherries, blackcurrant, dried flowers and rich soil. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, satiny and supple, with a juicy core of expressive fruit, melted tannins and impressive length on the finish. This is an excellent Auxey-Duresses that deserves to be sought after.
Garde : Its ageing capacity can reach 15 years.
