Presentation : The Boisson-Vadot estate, located in Meursault, is one of those hidden nuggets that will delight all the greatest lovers of good vintage wines and in search of beautiful discoveries. This domain is now more known under the name of : Pierre Boisson and Anne Boisson. A rising domain, which was still very little known recently. The great quality of the wines and the work of the terroir have made it famous. Sparkling wines, which perfectly define all the precision and depth that a great Burgundy wine can have.
Tasting note: It is ravishing. We find a bouquet of unprecedented complexity. Notes of pear, wood smoke, dried white flowers and fresh pastry. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and textured, it is built around racy acids and chalky dry extract.
