Beaune 1er Cru 2016 Les Teurons - Bouchard Pere & Fils
Located near the town of Beaune, between "Les Grèves" and "Clos de la Mousse", "Teurons" is a Climat renowned for its class and harmony. Its location, on a small hillock, would explain the origin of its name, which means "the mountain" in Celtic. Bouchard Père & Fils acquired a first parcel of this Climat in 1791, which it completed in 1869, to obtain a surface of 2.41 hectares.
TASTING NOTE: A bouquet of red fruits with a hint of barrel. Tender and generous on the palate, it expresses itself in a beautiful and very harmonious whole. Good ageing potential.
