Silky, rich, concentrated, giving aromas of red fruits, typical of a very good Givry. This wine will age very well.
This large 40 hectare estate is a solid source in the Côte Chalonnaise. Conventionally farmed, yields have averaged 30-35 hectolitres per hectare in recent years, and harvesting is by machine, followed by optical sorting in the cellar. Maceration of the reds is relatively long and both reds and whites are aged in barrels exclusively from the Tonnellerie François Frères.
