Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er cru Les Pruliers 2019 - David Duband
- Tasting :Bright red colour with purple tinges. The nose is fresh and delicate with a dominant of black fruit, blackcurrant and blueberry. The palate is full and smooth with present tannins and a long and smooth finish. The finis is superb.
- Grape variety : 100% Pinot Noir
- Food and wine pairing : Mignon de porc au caramel d'épices (pork tenderloin with spice caramel).
- Method of vinification: Grapes are hand-picked, sorted and vinified with 80% whole harvest. During the 17 days of vatting, between 5 and 7 punching of the cap on the feet are carried out, as well as pumping over. After pressing, the wines are racked for 2 weeks and put into barrels. 40% of the wines are aged in new barrels and 60% in 1, 2, 3 year old barrels. After 14 months of maturing, the wines are racked into vats, rested for 3 months and bottled without filtration or fining.
