Pommard Les Noizons 2017 - Nicolas Rossignol
From the Pommard appellation, this red wine is made from the Pinot Noir grape, the emblem of the Côte de Beaune. The vines, located on well-exposed slopes, benefit from a clay-limestone soil that gives the wine elegant structure and great aromatic depth.
On tasting, this Pommard reveals a complex aromatic palette. On opening, intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry mingle with spicy and slightly woody notes.
