Domaine Pierre et René Rostaing, known worldwide for its splendid Côte-Rôtie, has been exported to Puech Noble. Located between Nîmes and Montpellier, the estate consists of 22 hectares in one piece, of which 12.5 hectares are planted with vines. The same care is given to the vines of the Coteaux du Languedoc as to the Côte-Rôtie ones.
The challenge was successful for René Rostaing and his son Pierre and the result can be seen in the tasting. The Puech Noble based on 80% Syrah, 10% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre are fresh, elegant in their youth and gain in complexity as they age. While respecting the typicality of the terroir, René and Pierre Rostaing bring their savoir-faire and northern techniques which greatly contribute to the success of the estate.
