Terroir & Location
The grapes come from plots on the right bank of the Rhône in the Gard department, in the heart of the Lirac appellation. The vines grow on predominantly sandy soils, favoring the authentic expression of the terroir.
Viticulture
Fermentation and aging take place in traditional concrete vats, a method that preserves the purity of the fruit and brings out the characteristics of the terroir. No sulfites are added, respecting a natural and pure process.
Vinification & Ageing
Tasting notes : Nose: This red wine is distinguished by its bright fruitiness. Juicy and fresh, it reveals fruity and floral aromas, enriched by nuances of red fruits and aromatic Mediterranean plants.
Palate: A complex aromatic palette is revealed, combining notes of rose, black tea, plum, milk chocolate, licorice, orange zest and stone fruit. Its light, supple texture offers perfect balance, with an elegant tannic structure.
