Domaine René Bouvier, a family-run business based in Gevrey-Chambertin, extends over 30 hectares of vines exclusively in the Côte-de-Nuits. Under the management of Bernard Bouvier since 1992, the estate offers a diverse range of 26 cuvées, covering appellations from Burgundy to prestigious Grands Crus such as Charmes-Chambertin and Echezeaux.

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand from the estate's 23 hectares of red vines and 7 hectares of white vines, including a 3-hectare monopoly dedicated to white Marsannay called "Le Clos". The wines of Domaine René Bouvier, which come from the ancient terroirs of the Dukes of Burgundy near Dijon to the renowned commune of Vosne-Romanée, are mainly produced in the Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin appellations.
