TASTING
- When to drink this wine : From now to 2025.
- Opinion: A bright, airy style, with raspberry and crushed cherry flavors, complemented by light violet, white pepper and savory notes. Fresh finish.
THE VINEYARD
- Climate: moderate continental, dry and hot in summer, regular rainfall in other seasons.
- Grape variety: 100 % Syrah. Age of the vines: less than 10 years. Density: 5500 vines/ha.
- Pruning: cordon de Royat on wires.
THE CELLAR
Vinification: de-stemmed harvest. Passage on a vibrating table then transported to the vat by conveyor belt. Maceration for 15 days. Maturation: 12 months in 500 litre barrels and demi-muids. Racking and blending 6 weeks before bottling.
