Robert Gibourg, the owner, cultivates a 12-hectare AOC estate in the climats of Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Morey Saint-Denis, Ladoix-Serrigny, Chorey les Beaune, Beaune "Montée Noire", and Aloxe-Corton with two grands crus : Clos de la Roche and Corton Les Renardes. More recently, Morey Saint-Denis white and Morey Saint-Denis red "Clos de la Bidaude" Monopole, whose geographical and climatic situation is reminiscent of the Greatest.
