A St Emilion wine from the 2019 vintage should be kept for 3 to 5 years in the cellar (from the date of production). It is a great vintage of the appellation, and should therefore be kept in the cellar. For the more impatient (of tasting!), you can drink it now after decanting. It can also be kept for decades: the 2019 Saint Emilion Grands Crus Classés can be kept for 15 to 30 years (or even longer).
