Château Faurie de Souchard 1982
Saint Emilion - Grand cru classé
Cellaring : Can be drunk now.
Tasting : The Faurie de Souchard has a purple / garnet colour. There is a fragrant nose of candied plums, dried blackberries and spice cake with a touch of dusty earth. Full-bodied, it fills the palate with flavours of blackberry jams macerated with baking spices with a chewy frame and just enough freshness to lift the finish.
