Saint Estephe
Château Beau-Site is one of the oldest estates in Saint-Estèphe. Owned by Borie Manoux since 1955, the estate combines its expertise as owner and wine merchant to offer a perfect illustration of the diversity of Saint-Estèphe terroirs across its 35 hectares, which has earned it the status of Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel. Its name reflects its privileged location on the banks of the Gironde, facing due south, opposite Château Calon-Ségur.On its stony slopes, the old vines, carefully preserved, produce racy, complex and elegant wines, comparable to those of its prestigious neighbour.
