Tasting notes: "This is a sport wine, with a bundle of blackcurrant, plum purée and blackberry sauce running through the middle, while notes of roasted applewood, violets and sweet tobacco run along the edges. All these elements come together and carry through to the finish, with an echo of hot melt at the very end. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. "

• Created in the 17th century, this 4th Grand Cru Classé was divided up and dispersed after several successions. By luck and tenacity, in 1982, Henri Martin was able to reconstitute the property as it was known in 1855, the year of the famous classification. Since then, and thanks to the investment of the owners, Saint-Pierre is recognized by all as being a par fact representative of the Grands Crus Classés of Saint-Julien.
