Thanks to this ideal location, the grapes reach perfect ripeness, producing a structured, racy wine with great aromatic precision.Samuel Billaud, a winemaker renowned for his parcel-by-parcel approach and respect for the terroir, works this cuvée with finesse to reveal all the minerality characteristic of Chablis. How to enjoy this Chablis Premier Cru?
