- This cuvée, named ‘Un sang blanc’ (meaning: "A white blood"), comes from the Vacqueyras AOC and is distinguished by its white colour.
- It is a blend of several grape varieties: Grenache blanc, Clairette, Viognier, Bourboulenc, Roussanne and Marsanne. The vines are planted on reddish-brown clay-limestone soil, situated on a plateau of rounded pebbles.
- The yield is 26 hectolitres per hectare, and the grapes are harvested by hand. The wine is vinified and matured in 450-litre barrels, with full malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for a further 12 months in tuns. This wine is certified Ecocert Bio and respects biodynamic principles.
- Cellaring: Drink now until 2030.
