Arbois Trousseau Amphore is a red wine made from the Trousseau grape variety, grown on Trias clay soils in the Jura. Vinified in 420-liter amphorae without the addition of sulfur, this wine has a light, delicate color. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas of Morello cherry and sloe, accompanied by spicy notes. On the palate, its purity and fruitiness express themselves with silky tannins, offering a vibrant, elegant taste experience.
To fully appreciate this wine, serve between 16 and 18°C. When young, light decanting will aerate the wine and release its complex aromas. This Trousseau en Amphore goes harmoniously with dishes such as roast poultry, grilled meats or mature cheeses.
