Crémant Blanc de Noirs from Domaine Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot is an exceptional cuvée made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on limestone soils characteristic of the Jura region. This sparkling wine, made using the traditional method, is distinguished by its pale yellow color and fine, persistent bubbles.On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of orange peel and sweet spices, while on the palate, its elegant texture and generous body offer a refreshing mineral finish.
To fully appreciate this Crémant du Jura, we recommend serving it at a temperature of 7°C.It's the perfect accompaniment to dishes such as a fine buckwheat seed Benedictine-style tart, or Comté gougères as an aperitif.Its effervescence and freshness also make it an excellent choice for light desserts or fresh fruit.
