Les Jardins de Babylone Jurançon sec is a dry, elegant white wine. It is renowned for its freshness, liveliness and distinctive aromatic character. Wines from this appellation are often described as having good acidity and a well-balanced richness on the palate.
Grape varieties :
Dry Jurançon is mainly made from two grape varieties: Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng.These varieties, indigenous to the region, bring complex aromas and good acidity to the wine. Gros Manseng brings notes of tropical fruit and white flowers, while Petit Manseng adds aromatic intensity and a deeper structure.
Tasting notes:
When tasting a Jardins de Babylone dry Jurançon, you can expect a brilliant pale yellow colour. On the nose, the wine reveals intense aromas of exotic fruits such as mango, pineapple and passion fruit, as well as delicate floral notes. The palate is lively with refreshing acidity, supported by flavours of lime and white peach. The finish is generally long and persistent, leaving an impression of freshness and elegance.
