Pinot Gris Clos Jebsal 2020 - Zind Humbrecht
Directly from the estate
96/100 James Suckling
Tasted in 2022: "A game-changing dry Pinot Gris that manages to bring together all the floral, honeyed characters and creaminess that fans of this category love in a dry, confident wine. Despite its imposing stature, this wine weighs in at just 13% ABV, giving it a lightness that is only accentuated by the pink grapefruit aroma of the very elegant finish. The first dry Pinot Gris from this site, whose soil is similar to that of the famous Grand Cru Schoenenbourg. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or keep.
